RETURN POLICY
Return policy for personal reasons:
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have received (the purchase must have been made on our website), you have contact us within 30 days of receipt of purchase to inform us of your decision by completing the following information by our returns management tool or any other clear and unequivocal retraction form. You can request an exchange for another product. You may also request a full refund after receipt and verification of the product. For reasons of hygiene, used products cannot be returned. All returns to the USA are free of charge if they meet the return conditions.
Return procedure for quality defects or shipping errors:
If a product does not correspond to your order or has a quality defect, please contact us by our returns management tool or directly with our Anne de Solène customer service department to define the return and exchange procedures. If you receive a product that does not conform to your order, you have 30 days to request a refund (unused product returned in its original packaging). In the event of a quality defect, you have 12 months to request replacement or repair of the product. Please note: in this case, please contact customerservice@anne-de-solene.com to obtain a stamped return slip.
