Choice of
patterns

First, we choose the collection's patterns
using trend boards containing hand-drawn
or painted designs that we select from expert
designers or design archives.

Prints

Next, we plan a collection that consolidates
the selected designs and colors.

We send the designs to our partners (printers)
in accordance with the material to be used (percale or sateen)
and the know-how of the respective printer.

Receipt of the
first samples

We then receive the first samples
of printed fabric and carefully inspect the colors,
the print quality, and the feel, all of which
must be perfect before we can validate a sample.
The prints on reverse sides
are also validated during this step.

Choice of
finishes

Next comes the choice of finish: satin stitch,
ladder stitch, satin bias, decorative bias,
piping ...these finishes make our products unique.
We work with professional
partners to choose just the right finishes.

Product
validation

Finally, we receive samples of
the finished products and validate the
selected finishes. Once the finishes
are validated, the product is ready to
be ordered by our purchasing department.
